All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 2 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (30 days not including 2-5 day processing time)
- You receive the wrong item
- You do not want the product you have received if your request is accepted(but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (30 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message to us.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once your return order has been received and approved or that your order has been cancelled, Within 5 Business days of the delivery of your Return at our warehouse inspected, and processed or cancellation of your order has been made, Your refund is not processed the day your item is delivered or your order is cancelled. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method 5 Business days after order cancellation or return of order. If you pay using paypal or credit card. but if you pay using mobile payment or cash payment your refund will be issued as a Store Credit to your Ogoo Mart Wallet.
NOTE: Your refund may take days to arrive in original payment method depends on your bank, you are advised to contact your bank to find out when your refund arrived. We do not issue cash refund.

IS THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN AND REFUND?
Charges for returning your order, You Buyer pays the cost of the return shipping. We charge a restocking fee of 5% and refund your remaining balance to your original form of payment method or store credit if you requested for store credit.
